Advanced text editing. Diary Studio has basic Rich Text formatting capabilities very similar to Word, even with the same shortcuts. It also implements a custom version of text undo with its Undo Viewer tool that lets a user jump to any point in editing history.
Special item properties. Each entry can be signified as a landmark event to give it special importance. The items then can be sorted according to that parameter. An item can also be locked from the publishing feature. And finally, you are able to bookmark special entries in order to publish quick links to them.
Browse and Search. When it comes to viewing recorded entries - there are a few options. Either view a particular time span or enter the search parameters. Search results will contain a context field which will show you the textual surroundings of the searched words.
PUBLISHING
Publishing capabilities of Diary Studio are quite extensive. You will be able to export diary files to plain text, Rich Text (Word), and HTML. HTML export comes with a selection of additional options. You can publish bookmarks in a separate file for easy access, link to a home page, define header-footer, publish diary statistics, and more. You may also select the style of the main index page.
